Ingredients
- 500g onion or 2 large
- 1 tbs cooking oil
- Taipan rub/seasoning of your choice
Directions
- Peel and cut the onion into thin round slices
- Drizzle the oil over the slices and lightly sprinkle your Taipan rub/seasoning over them and then separate the rings
- Place onion rings into your air fryer basket
- Cook at 150c for 10 minutes (move the rings around at 5min intervals)
- Lower the temp to 115c and continue heating the onion rings (move the rings around at 5min intervals)
- It usually takes around 15-20mins at 115c to get the colour and texture that you personally prefer
