Brazilian Pork Chops for 2

  1. Pat dry the chops and coat with the meat rub pressing it into the meat to create a flavour crust
  2. Heat a large fry-pan over a medium-high heat and add a tbs of oil.
  3. Add the chops to the hot oil without overcrowding.
  4. Sear the chops for 3-4 mins on each side.
  5. Place on a tray in a 190c deg oven and bake for 10-15mins  (Int temp 63c)
  6. Let them rest out of oven for 5mins before serving.
  7. Serve with potatoes or rice.
