Brazilian Pork Chops for 2

Ingredients
- 2 x pork loin chops
- 30gms of Taipan BBQ Brazilian Pork Rub
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Pat dry the chops and coat with the meat rub pressing it into the meat to create a flavour crust
- Heat a large fry-pan over a medium-high heat and add a tbs of oil.
- Add the chops to the hot oil without overcrowding.
- Sear the chops for 3-4 mins on each side.
- Place on a tray in a 190c deg oven and bake for 10-15mins (Int temp 63c)
- Let them rest out of oven for 5mins before serving.
- Serve with potatoes or rice.
