Enjoy your delicious seasoned potatoes!
Remember, the key to a great dish is the quality of the ingredients. Our special “Kartoffen” sprinkle blend is sure to give your potatoes a unique and delicious flavour. Enjoy your cooking!
Ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 tbs of our Kartoffen Potato & Chip Sprinkle (Onion, Sea Salt, Garlic, Pepper, GF Chicken Stock Powder, Paprika, Turmeric, Celery Seed)
- 2 tbs of olive oil
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 200c.
- While the oven is heating up, wash your potatoes thoroughly. You can peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skin on gives a nice, crispy texture.
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Try to keep them all roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
- In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the olive oil until they’re well coated.
- Sprinkle our special Kartoffen Sprinkle seasoning over the potatoes. Toss them around in the bowl until they’re evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Spread the potatoes out on a baking tray. Make sure they’re in a single layer and not piled on top of each other.
- Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy. You might want to give them a stir halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
- Once they’re done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
