Hey foodies! Got some leftover brisket and coleslaw in the fridge? It’s transformation time.
 
This quick and easy recipe is perfect for making the most of your leftovers. Time to whip it up…

Ingredients

1 cup leftover brisket, thinly sliced
2 cups leftover coleslaw (cabbage and carrots)
1 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs hoisin sauce
1 tsp crushed chilli flakes
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbs sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2.Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3.Toss in the brisket slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
4.Add the leftover coleslaw and continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until it starts to soften.
5.Drizzle with soy sauce, sesame oil, and hoisin sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly.
6.Sprinkle with crushed chilli flakes for a spicy kick, and stir-fry for an additional minute.
7.Remove from heat and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve it up as is or over a bed of rice or noodles for a complete meal.
